RETURN POLICY

At WEARENOUGH, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase. However, if there's an issue with your order, please review our return policy below:

Returns & Claims

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: Please submit any claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days of receiving your order. If the issue is confirmed as an error on our end, we’ll cover the return and reshipment costs.
  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

To report a problem, please reach out to us with details of the issue, and we’ll assist you in resolving it.

Return Address

  • Default Return Location: Our return address is set to our fulfillment center. Upon receiving a returned item, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Customer Return Process: If a wrong return address is used, you are responsible for handling any returns you receive directly.

Shipping Errors and Unclaimed Orders

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs for unclaimed orders will also be your responsibility.

Exclusions

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, customized products, or size exchanges. For health and hygiene reasons, certain products, such as face masks, cannot be returned or reshipped.

Note for EU Customers: Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, items that are customized to the customer’s specifications or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return.
